LPG is a blanket term for two types of natural gas (Propane and Butane) and is a natural by-product of gas and oil extraction and oil refining. It’s an exceptional and efficient source of energy, that would otherwise go to waste if not captured – and has become a vital part of the UK’s offgrid energy mix. LPG can be used across a whole range of products and services. As with any form of fuel or gas, it is imperative a professional is used for the consultation, installation and servicing to ensure you meet your legal requirements and most importantly, that you’re safe.
We have a team of accredited LPG engineers. Ensuring you’re needs and safety requirements are met every time. Feel free to contact one of our friendly team to discuss your potential requirements.
It is necessary for any engineer working with gas to be listed on the Gas Safe Register – the official gas safety organisation in Great Britain. You can rest assured that all of our engineers are on this register. Each will have their official identity card when you ask to see it.
You may have heard that CORGI registration is necessary for gas engineers, but it’s important to note that CORGI was replaced by the Gas Safe Register on 1st April 2009. If you’d like any further information in regard to this switch, call 0800 408 5500 or visit the Gas Safe Register website.
