We are both in our Eighties, We contacted a local gas contractor concerning a problem, with our central heating, and advised we needed a new boiler, to solve the problem. We contacted Which Magazine for advice, on trustworthy and reliable tradesmen.
We contacted All Aspects Property Maintenance Ltd on 20th June 2022.
Simon, the Gas engineer arrived on time he was polite, very knowledgeable and most diligent. He is a credit to his company.
We did not need a new pump or a new boiler which we had been told by a previous company and Simon solved the problem, within two hours,

Called at 10am this morning, explained our problem with the noise coming from our pipes every time we use cold water. It’s been on and off for 18 months but has been particularly bad over the last 2 days. Very helpful lady who answered said you had encountered this sort of thing and would send a plumber out today. Simon arrived by 11.30am, traced the issue explaining it to us very professionally within 10 mins. Within the hour he’d fixed the problem. Such an excellent service. You are now my go to company for this type of thing and we will be calling you later this year to service our boiler. Thank you
Great service from Simone gave us a quote which was a very fair price booked us in and turned up on the dot (with full ppe????)carried out work with no hassle was very polite and caring no mess was left will be using this company again if any more work needed in the future would definitely recommend a star service.

Central heating boiler gas valve failure was quickly identified -- but a major problem was encountered for a replacement valve in that it was listed as no longer available --being obsolete. An updated valve was assured by a supplier to be compatible --but was immediately realised to be non-compatible by Simon Carter the engineer. I was faced with major structural work regarding the installation of a new boiler & radiator up-grade -- as the property is Grade Two listed & mainly Wattle & amp; Daub panel construction. Diligent searching & contact with the original valve manufacture by Simon finally established that a replacement valve WAS available ---even tho' 'computer says no!' this was due to part number re-classification by manufacturer/supplier. I cannot commend highly enough the approach & professionalizes of Simon to solve this situation. All Aspects as a Company are fortunate to have him as their representative. Thank you Simon once more for your expertise & attitude.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Simon. We were extremely pleased with Simon's work. He was punctual and worked diligently throughout the day until the work was completed. He was not prepared to accept additional payment even though he worked beyond the quoted job allocated hours. A very satisfied customer.
Rapid Results! Less than 5 hours from my enquiry our external drain was clear. Price was clearly stated at the beginning of my call and then received a text with a heads up on arrival time. Adrian was polite and respectful, explained the blockage and what was needed to clear it, as well as reaffirmed costs/per time spent - then completed the job within half an hour... and was also sent same-day confirmation that payment had been received. Thoroughly professional and definitely happy to recommend All Aspects of services.
When it's freezing cold and you realise you have a water leak under the tiled floor you know your in trouble. After contacting my insurance company on their emergency phone number and getting no help whatsoever i needed some proof that there was a God. I contacted All Aspects Property Maintenance who had serviced my boiler for 7 years and Jennifer in their office really helped, Simon the heating and plumbing engineer came within 3 hours and started work straight away, he came back the following day and completed the job. I can now have a hot bath and the central heating is back on. 5 Stars to this company.
